44 Café Bar and Bistro in Leamington Spa is offering Solihull Times readers the chance to win a meal for two and drinks.
The doors to the new venue opened earlier this year as part of the latest chapter of growth for business partners Gavin Leach and Rob Singleton, who are driven by their shared passion for craft ales.
44 offers hospitality throughout the day, including tapas-inspired Small Plates as well as freshly cooked pizzas, burgers and bar snacks, all created to complement Gavin and Rob’s Windmill Hill’s ales, available on tap along with a range of cocktails, wines and spirits.
Rob and Gavin also aspire to work with as many Warwickshire businesses as possible: current suppliers including Hilltop Farm for steaks and burgers; Cureights of Church Farm in Budbrooke for chorizo; Virtue Food Company of Radford Semele for pizza dough; and Joe Delucci’s Gelato of Lighthorne, who supply the ice cream for some of their ‘crowd-pleasing’ desserts.
44 is also now hosting a regular programme of live music and comedy. Keep an eye out for future dates. Live music will also be a feature of Café 44’s first Drinks Festival, running from 17-20 August, involving (etc) local distilleries, breweries and wine merchants.
44 is open Wednesdays to Saturdays from 9.30 am-11 pm and Sundays from 12-6 pm.
