A Solihull couple have opened their fifth Thai restaurant on Station Road.
Husband-and-wife team Torquil and Juree Chidwick have finally brought Sabai Sabai ‘home’ having established the brand in 2003 in Moseley Village, followed by openings in Harborne, Stratford-upon- Avon and Birmingham city centre.
The restaurants combine the rich traditions of Thai cuisine with contemporary flair: signature dishes include Beef Short Rib in a Massaman, and Jumbo Black Tiger Prawns char-grilled and topped with Tom Yam sauce with diced young coconut meat.
The 90-seater Solihull restaurant is split into various areas, designed for intimate dinners, family celebrations or casual gatherings. The bar area also serves handcrafted cocktails.
